Easter Traditions




Tell me about some of your family's Easter traditions or about some of your favorite Easter memories.  Do/did you have an Easter egg hunt?  What type of meal do you typically eat on Easter?  What is your favorite type of Easter candy? Do you still color Easter eggs?  Etc.

Write a short piece of prose or poetry about spring. Make sure to appeal to all the senses in your writing.  Include at least 2 similes and 2 onomatopoeias.

If you were to appear on a television game show, which would it be? Why?  Please write a least a half of a page in response to this question.

Theme: March is National Nutrition Month
Please write about your opinions of fruits and vegetables.
What is your opinion of vegetables? Do you like eating them? What are your favorite vegetables? Why? What is your opinion of fruits? Do you like eating them? What are your favorite fruits? Why?
Also, include a favorite recipe of yours that includes either fruits or vegetables.
